At Edits101, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with the products and services we provide. However, we understand that there may be situations where refunds are necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted for our graphic design tutorials and design services.


1. Digital Products (Graphic Design Tutorials)

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not generally offer refunds once a tutorial has been accessed or downloaded. However, we are committed to providing high-quality content, and if there is an issue with your purchase, please review the conditions below:

  • Technical Issues: If you are experiencing problems accessing or downloading a tutorial, please contact us at contact@edits101.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue, and if it cannot be resolved, we may offer a refund or exchange.
  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchase the same tutorial twice, please contact us within 7 days, and we will refund the duplicate charge.

2. Custom Design Services

Refunds for our custom design services are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the stage of the project and the circumstances involved. Below are the general guidelines for refunds:

  • Before Project Start: If you wish to cancel your custom design service before work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any payments made.
  • During the Project: If the project is in progress and you decide to cancel, refunds will be considered based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation. You may receive a partial refund, excluding any fees for completed work.
  • After Project Completion: Once the design project has been completed and approved by you, no refunds will be issued. However, we offer a reasonable revision period to ensure your satisfaction with the final product.
  • Non-Refundable Deposits: In some cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to begin a custom design project. This deposit will not be refunded if the project is canceled after work has commenced.

3. Revisions and Satisfaction

We strive to ensure that every client is happy with their final design. If you are not satisfied with the design provided, we offer a limited number of revisions as outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions beyond what is included in the agreement may incur extra charges and are not eligible for refunds.


4. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Submit your refund request within 7 days of the issue occurring.
  • Provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or transaction receipt.
  • Have followed the necessary steps to resolve any technical or service-related issues before requesting a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us by email at refunds@edits101.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and contact details
  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Detailed explanation of the issue or reason for requesting a refund

Our support team will review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.


6. Refund Processing

If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


7. Exclusions

The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Dissatisfaction with design style after project completion.
  • Failure to download or access tutorials after purchase without attempting to resolve technical issues.
  • Change of mind after purchasing a service or agreeing to a design project.
  • Requests for refunds outside the allowed time frame (7 days for digital products and design services).
